Conditions for Drop Protection
- You must report any drop within the 60-day period by contacting our support team with your order details.
- This guarantee covers only natural drops. Drops caused by violating a platform's terms of service are not covered.
- Refills are processed automatically for eligible services. For manual refills, reach out to support.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund if the order has not yet been processed or started. Once an order is in progress or has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.
